Volunteer-run since 2022
A social club for Syrian and Arabic-speaking families in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. We gather every month, celebrate Ramadan together, and look after each other.
What we do
Regular, welcoming and run by volunteers. Dates and venues are announced in our WhatsApp community.

A themed evening with music and home-made food, hosted each month by one or more women from the community.
Our flagship month: the Family Iftar, a Suhoor night, Friday Taraweeh for women and a daily broadcast before Iftar.
Ramadan at JeeranSyrian national celebrations, World Cup screenings and soccer days for the whole family.
